Hello! I'm Shauna Joy. Yes, Joy is really my middle name, and over the years, it has become my life's message.

I'm a speaker, coach, author, and leader who is passionate about helping people find joy, purpose, and growth, especially during life's most difficult seasons.

If you've ever faced disappointment, loss, uncertainty, self-doubt, or a dream that didn't turn out the way you planned, you're in the right place. I've walked through many of those seasons myself. From personal struggles and heartbreak to unexpected life changes and career challenges, I've learned something that changed my life:

Joy isn't found when life becomes perfect. It's found when we choose to keep moving forward anyway.

That lesson became the foundation for my book, Finding Joy in the Impossible, and the message I now share with audiences across the country.

Professionally, I serve as Regional Director with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates and am a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with Maxwell Leadership. I also serve on the President  Advisory Council for Maxwell Leadership. I've spent years helping leaders, business owners, and individuals grow both personally and professionally,

Beyond the titles and accomplishments, the roles I treasure most are wife to Chad, bonus mom to Cale and Alexa, and Gigi to my granddaughter, Emmie.

Whether I'm speaking from a stage, coaching a leader, writing a devotional, or sharing encouragement online, my mission is simple: To help people discover that joy is possible, even in the impossible.
