Hi, I'm Shauna Joy Snyder.
Yes, Joy is really my middle name, and over the years, it has become my life's message.
I'm a speaker, coach, author, and leader who is passionate about helping people find joy, purpose, and growth, especially during life's most difficult seasons.
If you've ever faced disappointment, loss, uncertainty, self-doubt, or a dream that didn't turn out the way you planned, you're in the right place. I've walked through many of those seasons myself. From career setbacks and personal struggles to unexpected life changes and heartbreak, I've learned that joy isn't found when life becomes perfect, it's found when we choose to keep moving forward anyway.
Professionally, I serve as a Regional Director with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates and am a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with Maxwell Leadership. I've spent years helping leaders, business owners, and individuals grow both personally and professionally.
The titles I treasure most are wife to Chad, bonus mom to Cale and Alexa, and Gigi to my granddaughter, Emmie.
Whether I'm speaking from a stage, coaching a leader, writing a devotional, or sharing encouragement online, my mission is simple: To help people discover that joy is possible, even in the impossible because your circumstances may shape your story, but they don't get to write the ending.
